Juka Optics has a complete processing production line for optical components.It mainly include cutting, rough grinding, milling, fine grinding, edging, polishing, coating, cementing, painting, assembly.

Polishing Workshop

Juka's optical processing equipments are mainly Korean brand,such as SIDAI and .Meanwhile, there are equipped with various types of polishing equipments.They can process of different shapes of lenses and  the diameter range can reach 5~400mm.Because optical centering accessories are added to the edging machine, it can control the center deviation of the lens to within 20 ″.

  INSPECTION  

ZYGO 

Juka Optics insists on controlling the precision of the lens quantitatively with various professional testing machines. We have two sets of ZYGO Interferometers and one set of VECCO Interferometer.They can detect the surface shape of lenses with a diameter range of 5-200mm.

The interferometers are equipped with a variety of standard lens,such as F0.5,F1.5,F3.3,F7.6,F11. They can detect the surface shape and curvature radius of ± 0 ~ 1000mm.

With the transmission and reflection center instruments, the center deviation of the lens can be effectively detected. The reflective centration accuracy test instrument can detect the eccentricity of each curvature of the lens group, and can also measure the focal length.

The Shimadzu spectrophotometer can detect the reflectance of the coated test piece and effectively reflect the coating condition.With the transmission and reflection center instruments, the center deviation of the lens can be effectively detected. Our surface finish inspection is strictly in accordance with ISO10110-1 standards, and each lens is individually inspected.

  COATING  

JUKA Optics has a 700 square meter ultra-clean workshop for cleaning,coating,cementing and assembly. We have three 1100 ~ 1300mm vacuum coating equipments  equipped with electron gun and ion source to ensure the quality of the coating.

The film system can be designed and customized according to customer requirements. The stable coating quality helps to realize the engineer's design.
